Dr. Tamara R. Grove (formerly Tamera Enalls-Fenner)

Tamara obtained her Doctorate in Management and Emphasis in Emerging Media in March of 2015. She has been in various marketing roles since 1992 and a small business owner since 2001. She is an expert in addressing small business stress using an Appreciative Intelligent® approach as well as addressing toxic workplace environments. She is a published author, International speaker, charismatic team builder, and marketing guru.

Since 2016 Tamara has been drawn to the Community Revitalization field. She cut her teeth as the lead researcher for what became best known as the FIRST STEP ACT. She worked directly with President Donald Trump’s Urban Revitalization Coalition and was the lead co-author for President Trump’s 13-Point Urban Revitalization Plan.
