Tamara has 25 years of marketing experience and 16 years personal small business ownership experience. She is an expert in addressing small business stress as well as identifying toxic work environments. Tamara is an international speaker and author she always employs a fun and engaging learning experience focusing on personality types, communication within your personality color and self-talk. When we learn how to communicate expect better employee relations and healthy skills to address conflict.
Tamara has been invited to speak at international forums such as the Academy of Management in Vancouver, Canada as well as Bimtech Birla University in Greater Noida, India to discuss her peer reviewed research with various PhD's from around the world. She also has served as a peer reviewer for Academy of Management - Management Division as well as Inderscience Publishers. Her most recent research, a policy reform paper, was completed for the Trump Administration.
